Engagement sessions are $500 and can be purchased a la carte or are included in all full day wedding packages.
They can be scheduled any season and include 60 minutes of shooting time and all your digital images in an online gallery.

I tell clients to expect 50-100 photos per hour of coverage depending on a few factors, like how many formal portraits there are, how many guests are present, and how many details/events there are to photograph over the course of the day. For an 8 hour wedding I would probably expect to deliver around 800 photos.
These will all be uploaded to an online gallery where you will have full access to the high resolution files and a print release is also included so you can print and share your images where you like!
I have a photojournalist approach to shooting weddings-I'm always looking for moments unfolding. Laughs, hugs, crazy dance moves...I try to be a fly on the wall and interfere with your day as little as possible. I will sometimes provide suggestions for the best place to stand but I let the moments unfold naturally. Once it’s time for formal portraits, I step up to provide more guidance and get through your list as efficiently and painlessly as possible.
My posing, lighting and editing styles come together to create warm, colorful, romantic images that I believe will stand the test of time. I gravitate towards rich earthy colors and golden light, but I believe magic can be made in any location, weather, and light.
I hear this from almost every couple! This is part of why I include engagement sessions with all my packages. It's a great way to get used to being in front of the camera and realize it's not so bad! I will be there to guide you through poses that don't feel stiff and unnatural, hype you up, and give you prompts for more candid interactions. It’s my hope you’ll come out of your session having had a blast and an opportunity to connect with each other.
I use Canon cameras and lenses, and also carry professional lighting gear for any lighting situation that may arise. I have backups of all my equipment and shoot with dual card slots so I have an instant backup of your photos too! I also keep an arsenal of clear umbrellas in my kit for rainy days.
I am fully insured and 2024 will be my 12th year of shooting weddings.
