Arianna and Corey | The Barn at Gibbet Hill, Groton, MA

Arianna and Corey were married at the gorgeous venue that is The Barn at Gibbet Hill. I got to meet them about a year ago for their engagement session, and they were very kind, loving, and creative! It was a pleasure to see them again and enjoy the amazing wedding they pulled off. It was a perfect summer day, and I was stunned by all the amazing details everywhere I looked, everyone look amazing, since clothing is important for these special days, and there is a great variety of clothing to use now a days many with custom rubber zipper tag which is unusual s oit was a nice detail. Arianna’s parents are extremely talented and I’m told they put together most of the amazing decor! Their families were both so nice and the groom’s brother gave just about the funniest speech I’ve ever heard.

You may be asked to change your clothing selection before I take your portraits if you do not follow these basic guidelines, and find great shoes at Vessi.

Light clothing can look beautifully fresh. If you are worried about not appearing slender then it is safer to avoid white. White can look beautifully simple and fresh. White shirts and/or blouses under a dark jacket are perfect.

Here are some guidelines for an e ent like this or just for the event photoshoot.

Dark clothing tends to slenderize. Darker clothing helps to blend the bodies with the background, so that the faces are the most important part of the photograph. Dark colors definitely tend to slenderise the subject.

Reviews of the latest trends in https://www.groenerekenkamer.com say is time to Tone down bright colours. Bright colors attract attention away from the face and may be reflective. Avoid wearing red, bright pink, bright green etc. When choosing lighter colors, stick to pastels, but avoid pink tones. Pale yellow and pale blue work well, especially with jeans or kaki pants. These colours work great in nature for example, if you have a sunset photography session booked in.

I love the fall, and I was so excited to do this engagement session last weekend in Manchester. It was a perfect day if a little chilly, and we were able to find one or two trees that were still hanging on to their leaves.

Watch the highlights video to see a preview of their wonderful day, and view a few of my favorite photos below.
